Re: Skoda/Volkswagen/Audi RNS 5N0 035 730 C/D

I upgraded from 5N0 035 730 to 5N0 035 730 C without any problems (with RED FIS), so I could get the PBAP working on my Nexus S Droid. I also ordered the "5N0 035 730 C" in hope to get PBAP working. Was there any VCDS recoding necessary or did it work out of the box by just replacing the box? thanks.

Re: Bluetooth.apk on Android 4.0.4

thanks to this thread: http://forum.android-rsap.com/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=488 Its very likely that my car's UHV premium bluetooth module doesn't support PBAP... PBAP (and HPF btw.) is only supported since modules with the part number 5N0-035-730-C and upwards. Since my 2007 Passat still has a Red-Do...

Re: Bluetooth.apk on Android 4.0.4

hmmm...i'm not quite sure. I can set the settings in the car's menu to sync contact "from SIM only", "Phone only" and "both" so it must be possible to sync the phone's contacts ... somehow. Can you suggest any logging-app to track down the problem? btw. the car is a VW Passat Variant Highline 2007 w...

Re: Bluetooth.apk on Android 4.0.4

ok... i renamed the phone (in bluetooth menu), paired the phone again with the car's phone but no request to access the phonebook. I also explicitly set he settings in the car menu to sync the contact from "sim and phone"... Trying to sync the contacts manually (from the cars settings menu) results ...

Re: Bluetooth.apk on Android 4.0.4

You can choose which contacts are shown in the contacts app (all, Google account, SIM, ...). As far as I remember this setting is also used for phonebook transfer via PBAP. ah ok. When you change something in the Bluetooth settings of the phone it seems to confuse the car phone, although I don't un...

Re: Bluetooth.apk on Android 4.0.4

But it is strange you don't get any contact. Do all contacts have "fancy" data like attributed email ("work", "home", ...), or memo or something? no. I removed all contacts from special groups so they are either in "My Contacts" (default) or "Starred" (favorites) group. I also checked memo field to...

Bluetooth.apk on Android 4.0.4

Hi, i updated my SGS2 to Android 4.0.4 this week. Now rSap built-in works well now, except only contacts from my SIM card are transferred and not a single one from my phone (google synced contacts) to the VW UHV Premium. Is it now possible to try your "Bluetooth.apk" without loosing the built-in rsa...
