Android 4.3.1 - rSAP not working

Post by keep_touch » Mon Jan 13, 2014 3:30 pm

Hello,

I tried to connect with a Opel DVD900 System with SAP.
The pairing works so far until the PIN is entered (correctly, tried several times). Then on the display appears "Bluetooth Fehler"/ english: "bluetooth failure" and the car connects only with HFP.
I tried it several times always with the same result.

Is there anything I can do? Any workaround?
Is it a known issue?

You enter the 16 digit Bluetooth PIN or the SIM PIN? Please mail a "main" log to admin at...

I entered the 16-th digit pairing code.
The SIM PIN is inactive.

(I'll try to capture hci trace today or tomorrow. How can I capture the HCI trace? I have only the rSAP install app. There seems to be no option for capture a log file.. can you help here?)

Please use the HCI Logger app from Play Store. It will also be installed when you choose the option in the rSAP app's settings. If possible create both logs: main and HCI. If the connection is not established the problem it may only be visible in the HCI log. Does my app show the Bluetooth error or the car?

The car shows the bluetooth error.

From your app nothing is visible. I've used the 'rSAP installer app'. It has installed/ modified some files in the system (I think, you'll know exactly what it does) and after installation was completed I do not see the app anymore. I can start the installer app again, but then I only have the options: reinstall/ update OR uninstall.

I will look in the play store for the HCI Logger app.

I've tried to capture a hci logfile.
Dowloaded your app. Made a tick in the box 'create HCI log' (bluetooth switched off and on again); but there was no logfile in the folder /sdcard/rsap. After pairing I have removed the tick in the box 'create HCI log'.
Have I done sth wrong?

The HCI logs don't work on every phone. Did you maybe miss to install the rSAP app itself? Use the trial version first to test!

Exactly :-)

I have now installed the rSAP (trial) additionally. But it still stucks.

On mobile phone it shows there is a connection and then the rSAP (trial) gets for some reason crashed.
On car side there the screen stucks in the screen where the 16-digit PIN is visible.

I have logfiles. How can I give them to you? via eMail?

Don't install both - trial and full version. Strange things may happen. Please mail log files to admin at...

Do I have to uninstall "rSAP installation app" before I install "rSAP trial"?

Have you received the logfiles? Could you find any issue?
