The HCI log looks the same as teddybt's. It only contains the Bluetooth visibility on and after 2 minutes off again. Did you try to connect to the car during those two minutes?

So I don't understand why the phone does not receive any Bluetooth data from the car. I guess it is a problem with this ROM.

Have you tested any ICS 4.0.3 ROM on HTC HD2?

No, I don't have a HD2. I only tested ICS ROMs on HTC Desire and on a myriad of Samsung phones, so chances are high it is an issue of this specific ROM.

I think it is an issue with the Protokoll negotiation between MobilePhone and the Car...

Can you help me?

I don't know all the low level internals of the Android/BlueZ Bluetooth stack. My rSAP app only uses the upper layers. If something goes wrong below I cannot fix it. But rSAP shouldn't be the only affected protocol. What do the ROM developers say about Bluetooth functionality? They should at least know where they took the software modules from for ICS and GB and where there might be a difference.

Hello there,

I've the same problem with my HD2. Just to make it clear:
WM 6.5 is working (for shure)
Android Sense (Version 2.x.x) is working
Android ICS (Version 4.0.3, 4.0.4) is not working.

On Android ICS the pairing with other Mobiles and BT Headsets is possible, pairing with VW-car is impossible (it seems, that a BT Mobile is recognized but it is improper).

So IMHO there seems to be a bug in the BT-Stack.

Best
