Then I found that bluetooth configuration is written by ICS in /data/misc/bluetoothd/<device MAC>/config
So I've replaced the line "class 0x5a0000" by "class 0x5a020c" with a root shell, rebooted the phone and... Success !!!
Ok, this trick is a little bit "piggy" but it works even after a reboot or if you change the bluetooth phone name.
