Oppo Find 7 x9076

Post by BRT » Thu Jul 03, 2014 7:50 am

Hello, I have recently changed my phone (samsung S3) for the new Oppo find 7. I bought your app long time ago, and very happy with it.

I am very happy with the phone but it has no rsap, and I would like to connect to my Audi. In this moment I can only connect with the standard Handsfree profile, but not with the Rsap.

I would like to kow if you need any data from the phone, so you can introduce this phone in the compatible phones of your app.

Thanks!

Did you already try to root it and install the system files? The phone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801, so it may already be compatible with the current version.

Hi, thanks for the response. As I have seen the oppo find 5 thread, I supposse this one is not working.

I have rooted the phone, installed the rsap system files and the app.

When I try to connect in the phone it appears that is connected for a moment, but inmediatly it dissconnects.

The telephone ask me for PIN code several times when I am trying to connect to the car.

In the car directly appears all the time as not connected.

When i am doing the system files installation, I haven't chacked the "Recovery installation"(I have it in spanish: "Use la instalacion de recuperacion"). I don't know if I have to check this.

More tests:

When I check in your app: Verify SIM Access:

It ask me for PIN CODE and I obtain an error: "Status Change" parameter is not "Card Reset"

I hope you can help me to connect the new phone to the car,

Thanks!

This doesn't sound good. It is nearly impossible to find out what's happening without a device in my hand, and the Find 7 is still quite expensive. Maybe the it is also affected by the problems of recent phones, like Moto G and Nexus 5 with 4.4.3.

That looks like the Service Discovery database of the phone. It does not help with the SIM access problem.

When I find the time I'll extend the SIM diagnostics to show more details about what goes wrong. It looks like recent Qualcomm firmwares have rSAP blocked. Don't ask me why they do this.

Please try installer and trial version from here viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1379#p8273 and run the SIM check. If it says "access denied", the radio software does not allow SIM access.
