The logs look like the system files are missing. Maybe the phone has a write protection of the system partition, like the HTC One? What happens when you install the system files and reboot the phone - does the installer app offer you to uninstall the system files? Does the app show an error message?

what do you mean with system files?

look i deinstalled the installer and then it says restart your phone.

also the same when i install the app it just says afterwards restart and thats it.

no failures no problems. everything looks fine.

Just to make sure:
You need 2 apps: installer and rSAP app. First you run the installer app and tap the "install" button to install the system files. This usually ends in a reboot of the phone. Then you run the rSAP app itself.

One possible explanation of your problem is that the installation of the system files does not "stick". This happens on recent HTC phones. Everything looks ok, no error messages, but after a few minutes or after a reboot the files have vanished. If the files are not there, the installer app does not offer the "uninstall" option, so please check if the installer app does offer "uninstall" after "install" and a reboot, or if "uninstall" is gray.

thanks for your fast reply.

yes, thats exactly what i did.
before all i rooted my phone via kingo root and then installed supersu.

then download and install the installer and then reboot the phone and then installed the main app.

now i deinstalled both and then installed the installer app again and then rebooted.
after reboting i opened that app again and there are both following options:

install/update system files
uninstall system files

I can't tell you more on the phone than I can tell you here - but you may write in German if this is better for you ;)
