HTC EVO 3D - not compatible

Post by alexisis » Fri Apr 19, 2013 9:10 am

I believe you can remove the HTC EVO 3D from the compatibility list. They are certainly not compatible. I did try to pair it numerous times with no result. The only progress after installing your trial and the install app was, that I was able to see the phone and it gave me the pair code.

Or are you planning on getting EVO 3D working with your app one day?

Thank you

What car do you have? Did the rSAP installer show an error message when you choose "install/update"? Does the app show "connected" when connecting to your car?

Hello, I got VW Passat 2008 with the Premium HF. The installation went fine, no errors at all. If I recall correctly, the status was something like "requesting sime card access" The HF showed up among paired deviced in the EVO however it never got paired in the HF. I even tried to install the modified Bluetooth files, the only result was that the phone name changed to Galaxy One I think.

I used to have Nokia which worked like a charm.

Thank you

Did you try both, the "native" and the "generic" system files? If the phone is stuck at "starting SIM access" the phone is indeed not compatible.

I tried the generic mode (both Sensation and One) just now and it moved me forward, the state now states "Sim Access Active" however that's about it. The VW Premium either state inicializing connection for a quit long time with no success or it hangs on the screen with the pair code and it get disconnected after some time.

Any advice?

You should have it in your mailbox. Look for records after about 16:00

Thanks
