Did you try the phonebook app? As the name suggests, it's meant to fix phonebook problems. rSAP does not fix phonebook problems!

Does my app show "connected" or "last connected" or only "ready"? Did you try to toggle the" visible "option?

My app is not used, it only shows "ready". I guess your Skoda doesn't use PBAP or IrMC, so my app won't help.

Your car most probably uses the Handsfree profile for phonebook transfer. The software for this profile (and most other Bluetooth profiles) differs from phone to phone, and between Android versions. Some contain more bugs, some less. The problem with Handsfree is that it's not possible to fix it with an app. The bugs can only be fixed with a firmware update, which usually means for a MediaTek phone: never.
