It's never a question of the Android version. It only depends on Samsungs will to support it, and currently it doesn't look like they drop rSAP support, at least in their flagship devices.

I can now confirm that rSAP is still there in the Note 3, just got home from a three weeks business trip and picked up a Note 3 to test. However, I have the same issues with phone book transfer as I had with the S4. The phone in the car (old CC) restarts a couple of 100 contacts into the sync. I will attempt the Phonebook App later, didn't have time to test that now. Most important for me was to get the rSAP parts working so I have a working phone in my car.

@admin: Still would like a better way to filter contacts in the Phonebook App please? :) One group just don't work for me. Please! :)

Then I can also confirm that the Bluetooth Phonebook App works fine with the Note 3. Test both in IrMC and PBAP mode in my CC. But, I have forgotten the differences between IrMC and PBAP, which is better?

IrMC doesn't support call lists. But you may simply have both active. It doesn't cost any battery power. If there is a problem with PBAP, the car has a fallback. This sometimes happens and I don't (yet) know why

i am not able to install rSAP Installations App V2.4.1:

Note 3 is rootet, and during Installation (Standard) the message appear:
rsap Installation fehlgeschlagen.
kill -9 18772 faild /data/data/com.android_rsap.rsapinstall/files/install.sh[3]: kill: 18772: Operation not permitted.

I usesd Root de la Vega By @designgears & @Chainfire (root ohne Erhöhung des Knox-Counters)

Although this is strange it shouldn't be a problem. Killing the RIL demon is the last installation step. If it fails a reboot should do the same. If the files are not properly installed after a reboot there is different problem.

Is rSAP not working in stock Samsung ROM?

Hi admin,
here my screenshots installing rSAP Installations App V2.4.1 and running the rsap app on my rooted Samsung galaxy note 3:

I tried also to remove both apps, restart note 3 and to reinstall both apps. Bluetooth is on and visible and the rsap intallations app is listed in SuperSU app.
