SIM Card not working anymore on Mi4c

Post by Bwi » Sat Dec 03, 2016 8:50 pm

Hi,
installed rsap but suddenly my simcard could not connect to the provider any more.
I tried the uninstall option several times.
I tried the other SIM slot.
The phone is Xiaomi Mi4c with the latest Cyanogenmod 13.1 from Teamsuperluminal.
I also tried to flash the baseband again, but nothing helps.
Edit:
I also tried to reset Qualcomm SIM Access.

What can I do to get my SIM card to work again?

The SIM card doesn't work after an rSAP connection or doesn't work at all? Uninstall and reboot doesn't help?

SIM card doesn't work at all.
I already uninstalled all of your Apps and also rebootet several times.
The simcard is somehow detected, but it can not connect to the network.
I also tried the second simcard slot, but that also didn't work.

The simcard it self works great just tested it with another phone.

would it maybe help to delete the file sap_security_restrictions?

Finally I could find the problem.
My IMEI is not set anymore!

Is there any way I can restore it?
I fortunately thrown the box away a few weeks ago :'(.

This is a quite common problem and one of the risks when rooting your phone :o

As far as I know on a Qualcomm phone a missing IMEI usually can be recovered by flashing a stock firmware with the "official" reflash procedure. But ask Google first, maybe it's different for your phone.
