It's hard to find out. Maybe the card does not have a proper electrical connection? It may as well be a problem in the radio software.

Finally, my phone was replaced - network disconnection problem seems to be solved. rSap application works fine with some exceptions - from time to time, when connection to my car phone module is ended (in normal way) my XCover demands PIN code to SIM card. One solution I got in my mind is disable PIN protection, but it is against security rules in my company.

Any idea what it is?

It may be a racing condition. I had that on very rare occasions during my first tests, but I cannot reproduce it, so it will be hard to fix. Does the PIN entry vanish if you wait for a few seconds? Maybe the reconnect plugin can fix that: viewtopic.php?f=62&t=1115?

Yes - sometimes if I got luck, I see Pin entry window and it vanish after few seconds, but sometimes window stay..
I will try this plugin..
