Test for 64 bit Qualcomm

Post by admin » Fri Oct 16, 2015 11:47 am

This is a test version for the phones with the 64 bit Snapdragon 810, 808, 615 chipsets and 64 bit Android >= 5.0

Use version 2.5.4+ from Play Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... sapinstall

I developed it with a ZTE Nubia Z9 mini, which sadly doesn't allow SIM access (Nexus 5 disease...), it looks like most 64 bit Qualcomm phones suffer from this problem. But any feedback is welcome!

Possible phones:
https://www.qualcomm.com/products/snapd ... cessor=615
https://www.qualcomm.com/products/snapd ... cessor=808
https://www.qualcomm.com/products/snapd ... cessor=810

Update:

Now that I have a 64 bit phone which natively supports rSAP (Nexus 5X) I found out that something is wrong in my implementation. Hold on for news...

Dear admin,

This is great news. What does that mean in detail, am I able to use your software on an LG G4 (808) or nexus 6P (810) running CM or any other ASAP without changing radio or whatsoever?

Thanks..

It looks like the P8 lite comes in two flavors: with a Qualcomm 615 in the US and with a "HiSilicon Kirin 620" in Europe. The European version is not supported by my app, sorry.

Can you create a dump of the system partition from your phone? I may have another look at the Huawei RIL, maybe it's possible to implement rSAP.

Hi, will send you my logfiles from a Xperia Z5 Compact. Systemfiles are accepted but the device isn't accepted from my Audi.

Sim Access test shows: CONNECT_REQ - Parameter "StatusChange" hat nicht den Wert "Card reset". qmi_error ) QMI_ERR_ACCESS_DENIED.

This means that the Z5 compact baseband software does not allow access to the SIM card. It's the same problem as with the Nexus 5, the Moto G, etc. There is nothing that can be done about it.

I hope there is any 64 bit Qualcomm phone with rSAP support...?
