Using rSAP

Post by soofsayer » Wed Feb 22, 2012 10:34 pm

I've done all the work on my Galaxy Nexus to get the rSAP running to use with my Audi. All I get when I run it is 'bluetooth disconnected' and 'SIM use normal' (these are both from memory so may be slightly wrong), but they appear in the application as status messages, not as error messages.

Question. Should I have the phone's bluetooth running at the same time as the rSAP application? I have an option on the phone's bluetooth to allow tethering, should I have that on or off? What am I missing?

Thanks in advance.

Bluetooth must be generally switched on when you want to connect to the car, of course.
Tethering is not related to rSAP in any way. I guess it does not change much when you switch it on or off.
