You have to download and run the installer app and hit the "Install/Update System Files" button.

Did you get the Superuser request when hitting the "Install/Update" button in installer? Perhaps you disallowed root access permanently?

Did you check if you can update the su binary from within Superuser?

There is something wrong with your Superuser app! Normally the Superuser app shows a message box, where you can allow or deny root access. If you don't get that, something is wrong. Please try to reinstall Superuser or SuperSU zip file from CWM recovery.
