LineageOS for Galaxy S II now includes rSAP

I added rSAP support to the LineageOS sources for the Samsung Galaxy S II. It is contained in builds since March 29, 2018.

So if you still use this classic phone you no longer need my app, rSAP works right out of the box

Hi, is it also possible to add rsap for lineage os for the note 3? It is the only thing that discourage me from installing a custom rom. I need rsap.

Theoretically yes. Practically LineageOS has no RIL "shim" library for the Note 3, so it is more complicated. I don't think I can do it, I don't even have a device to test with. But someone else may be able using the source from the S2.

With LineageOS 14.1 I can confirm that rasp works "out of the box". But it does not work with LineageOS 15.1 or 16.0 "out of the box".

Gibt es noch Hoffnung, dass android-rsap.com mit dem aktuellen LineageOS 16 in Zukunft doch noch funktionieren wird?

It looks like there is no longer an "official" LineageOS release for the S2. You may ask whoever built the LineageOS 16 to include my changes from the LineageOS 14 branch - or do this yourself
