I don't find this folder on my phone. Have I to create this, or should it be created on its own?

Edit: :-) found the reason :-) didn't activte the logging ;-)
Which one do you need? Main, radio, HCI or all? Filter to rSAP or no filter?

"main" with no filter, please. Best would be an additional HCI log, but you will have to copy the "hcidump" utility from here ( viewtopic.php?f=34&t=248#p1051) to /system/xbin with Root Explorer or manually.

Yes, either use my app or downgrade to 2.3.x. Or hope that Samsung fixes it...

Downgrade is done using Odin. "Google" for it.

I looked at your logs and it is strange: there is no phonebook transfer visible! I experimented with permanently denying phonebook access on the phone, and that may explain what is happening. But I got no error message on the phone...?

So far I could not find out how to easily reset the stored phonebook access permission. The only possibility I know is doing a full factory reset. Perhaps it is worth a quick try: Make a NAND backup and wipe data in recovery. Then reboot and redo the pairing and pay attention to the phonebook access request to allow it always. If it still does not work you can restore the NAND backup and we will have to look for a different reason.

If it works you can restore the NAND backup, make a backup - this time with Titanium (or similar), factory reset again and restore everything except Bluetooth settings with Titanium. Quite some work...

Thanks for your help!
With the official ICS I flashed it again. With the first connecting I was asked for permission to connect the phonebook. That was the permission I missed all the time :-)

It works perfect!

:-)
