And you get a 16-digit Bluetooth PIN when you pair your phone (something like 1111 2222 3333 4444) ?

What is happening next? Error message after a few seconds or immediately? Then please mail me a "main" log of the connection attempt.

Did you try to set the phone manually to "Premium" in the instrument cluster?

The logs are created in folder ".rsap" in USB memory/SD card. Mail to admin at android-rsap dot com.

yes, I did find the option to connect manually to the premium setting but this too failed. I have looked for the folders you mention, i can find no folders by the names you say. There is no folder called USB memory on either the phonememory or the external sd card. My brain hurts lol Thank you so very much for your persistance in trying to make the rsap work for me. It is very much appreciated.

The name of the folder is ".rsap". It is created when you start a log.

I guess you are using a file explorer app which hides names with dots. Try a different app like OI File Explorer or connect the phone to a PC.
