Can you please test these files with 4.1:

rsap-install.zip
Install zip for Android 4.1
(md5: 0d675f99ca338f2464b621764b7f153a)
(716.05 KiB) Downloaded 4446 times

rsap-uninstall.zip
Uninstall zip for Android 4.1
(md5: e31ef255c592ae6bb48b350121855871)
(697.04 KiB) Downloaded 2293 times

The files should also work with 4.0.x.

As always: these files only work with the Galaxy S II and probably Galaxy Note I!

Ok
After installing the "RSAP-install.zip" to 4.1 the bluetooth now works perfectly.
Just need to try it with my car. I'll tell you the results.

Hello,

I currently have 4.0.3 ICS on my SGS2 and I bought rSAP - all works great!

In the next period there will be an update to JB 4.1.x. ..
Will rSAP continue to work after that update or I must have to buy it again at the Play Store? Or something else?

Please, can you tell me the procedure what to do before or after update form ICS to JB.

First you don't have to buy it again. The app's license is connected to your Google account/mail address.

Before you run a firmware update you should first uninstall the rSAP system files, either with the installer app or the rsap-uninstall.zip. Else it may happen that the update fails. As far as I know the 4.0 -> 4.1 update is done in KIES, this may work without uninstall, but I'm not sure.

After the firmware update the rSAP system files must be reinstalled. If your phone was rooted before the update it is no longer rooted after. But before you install anything you may give the Samsung rSAP a try. If this doesn't work you can still reinstall my app ;)

Hi,
my SGS2 was upgrade to 4.1.2. First when the phone was Android 4.0.2. I have no problems to connect it to my car radio (renault Scenic xmod). After the upgrade my SGS2 not work propely with car audio. I would try to install your app in my phone for test it with my car radio. My question is: when I install "Bluetooth SIM access install" and the trial of "Bluetooth SIM access" for testing it, if they don't work can I remove all and return to previous status with the original rsap of samsung?
Thanks.

Renault doesn't support rSAP, so my app won't help you, sorry. Perhaps it is a phonebook problem?

What do you mean?
My SGS2 connect renault radio but every 20/30 sec it turn off radio. Radio turn on after few seconds but I think this will cause problems to it. It works good during a conversation. During a phone conversation the connection works fine, for more time and without problems.
Bye

Renault uses the "Handsfree" profile. If you install the rSAP profile it will not change anything - apart from possible placebo effects.

Your problem may be a power mode issue. You can verify this by charging the phone in the car. If the connection now is stable it is a power problem. The "Bluetooth Keep Alive" app may help you.

Maybe the connection drops because the car receives phonebook data it cannot handle. Do you have the full phonebook in the car? If not, my phonebook app may help you.
