It's not easy to find out what happens. Maybe rSAP crashes immediately after start? Do you see a message that "rSAP ended" after boot? Or do you use something to restrict app access rights and revoked autostart for rSAP? Please create a log with CatLog directly after phone startup and mail it to 'admin at...'.

I cannot see anything suspicious in the logs and I checked it on two of my phones with CM10.2 and I cannot reproduce the problem. Maybe you have some kind of task manager that kills the rSAP service?

No, I have not installed a task killer. But I just installed an alternative kernel (mopkang) for better performance with RAM

Now I try to replace with the original kernel

Rsap don't starting after reboot also with original kernel CM10.2.

PS "Lightflow "Swiftkey" , "AVG" and "MailDroid" started correctly as services after reboot.

Sorry, I don't know what is happening on your phone. If you can create a log starting at system boot, maybe there is a visible reason. As far as I know such a log is only possible when you attach the phone to a PC and run 'adb logcat' while starting the phone. There seem to be to many log outputs on your phone to catch everything manually with CatLog.

I saw that you have some rSAP plugins running. Maybe they cause the problem?

I still cannot find any problem.

Maybe I misunderstood: are you missing the icon while Bluetooth is switched off? That's by design. The icon should appear as soon as you switch on Bluetooth and disappear when you switch off. Sometimes this may take a few seconds.

Maybe you have so many icons in the status bar that the rSAP icon is hidden?
