Changed SIM card and lost phone phonebook

Hi!
I'm on CM11 and RSAP has been working flawlessly since upgrade to CM11. Recently I've switch the provider and my car instantly created a new profile for the new card. However, now the car only downloads contacts from the SIM but no contact from the phone.
If I change car settings to download phone contacts only, it says that there are no contacts available!

I've never had any phonebook downloading problems before. What can I do here?

Thanx for the reply. It could be connected to the described problem, however things are different in my case.
The phonebook gets downloaded but it only contains SIM contacts, so we can't talk about timeout here.
It seems like your phonebook app actually solves the problem although it's very strange that contacts form the phone won't download since the change of SIM and before I've never had any problems.
