HTC Evo4G to 2006 Bentley

Post by merdav » Sat Mar 17, 2012 12:41 am

I just got this car and had the rsap trial ready to go, I am able to connect but after around the second ring on incoming or 3-5 seconds trying to make a call the car speaker cuts back to radio. The connection doesnt seem to terminate but the call cant be heard, any ideas?

Are you sure the car uses rSAP? You can check the app screen for connection state.

This looks like rSAP mode - I'm not so familiar with Bentley ;)

Can you please send a "main" and "radio" log of a connection attempt to my email address? You start and stop the log in the settings and find the files on the SD card in folder ".rsap".

I either cant find the .rsap or my htc isnt writing to a log even though i turned it on under Preferences. The phone pairs with the car but just wont connect. The car also has a Parrot in it from the last owner who gave up and that works fine but I would love to get the factory system working instead.

Either you use a file manager on your phone (e.g. OI Filemanager) or you connect your phone to your PC via USB. You should see the folder then.

I'll create a "Bentley" section later and move this post.

How do I do that?
I have also used a SIM card out of an old not used anymore phone, and although the control dial seems to see the card the system itself still says no phone available.
