rSap + Audi MMI 3G

Post by semoG » Wed Dec 12, 2012 4:28 pm

Hi guys,

I'm having a problem trying to use this app, the problem is that my car recognizes my phone and even downloads the phonebook, but it still can't access my text messages or even pair using a 12 digit pin (that means that its using rSap right ? )

What can I do to fix this ?

I'm using JB 4.1.2 .

this is the main log:

If you have JB 4.1.2 why do you need this app? I have an Audi A7 with MMI 3G+ and I have a 9300 with JB 4.1.2 installed, the factory rSAP works perfectly well. I can use rSAP mode, phonebook, missed, dialled etc & texts, online services etc without any issues.

Hi there,

Because i can't get my MMI 3G to work with rSap .
But i believe that the problem is in the bluetooth version itself, cuz I have the armrest cradle, so I might have a Bluetooth Low, right ?

best regards

Yes, if you have the cradle then you DO NOT have rSAP. Phone prep low with HFP.

Seems to be a common problem with Audi owners on this forum, Only cars with phone prep high are rSAP
