It is still not possible to replace the Handsfree profile with an app... Sorry to repeat that. You have to create a whole Android firmware, or maybe you can hack something with Xposed. Anyway it may require effort for each different phone which doesn't pay for the few leftover cars which do not yet support PBAP. If you want a solution you will have to do it yourself.

I found another solution: APKtool.
Disassemble Bluetooth.apk, edit smali\com\android\bluetooth\hfp\Phonebook.smali
Add some code from BluetoothHFPTranslit.apk (https://yadi.sk/d/QlGKIPfXLMNXx)
Packed back with APKtool.
It works.
But how to do it, to make it automatically?
If install BluetoothHFPTranslit.apk have error
May be need up version...
