What about CallerID?

I had a trouble. One part of my contacts had been transfering successfully but the other with a fail. I had bought and installed the "BluetoothPhonebook" application and now all my contacts transfers without problem. But now the CallerID doesn't work at all. Although before that the CallerID worked fine for that part of my contacts which had been transfered successfully. I can send the log file, if you need it. Please, help me.

My smartphone is Lenovo P2 (Android 7.0). And I have mini-phone with bt-dialer function - not a car.
