Nexus4 connects to car -> Phone is offline

Hello,

this apps works fine for some time. But since some weeks I've got trouble:
I can connect my phone to RNS510 but after the connection is established...the phone is immediately offline (absolutly without any net).

I'm not sure but I think it was after an update of the rsap-app. Does anyone know this problem ...and the solution?

This is "by design". While the car accesses the SIM card, the phone does not have access, so no network.
