I can confirm the paid for version does not work with my Nexus 4 and RNS510, but I don't have root on my phone to install the program from the link you have supplied?

Is there a way to do it without root access as I really don't want to have to go down that line

FYI...Contacts display fine on my MDF, I just can't get it to pull my phonebook over to the rns510 nor can I get it to display speed dials. These all used to work fine prior to my Galaxy Nexus and now Nexus 4.

Any help greatly appreciated!!

Sorry, but you need root to install the rSAP system files.

Tested with an old vw remium fse. Thanks a lot
BTW used the installer from the linked thread and the paid app

My Nexus is connecting to my rsap Adapter, but i don't have my phonebook.

Is there a solution for the phonebook problem?

It is the Audi rSAP Adapter? This one is a bit tricky: The adapter supports phonebook transfer via Handsfree and IrMC profile. Handsfree phonebook seems to be rather lousy in Android 4.2 (was it better before...?). I remember that it was syncing forever with my Galaxy Nexus while other phones (Samsung, HTC) worked. A solution is to not allow phonebook access when requested on the mobile (redo pairing to get the request). This blocks the Handsfree sync. Then use my phonebook app for IrMC profile. At least it worked for me with the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 4.
