yes, I started the log, then created the pairing, so you could see all interaction in the log file.

the weird thing is, I see no error on the phone itself, it behaves as you would expect - other than the short PIN challenge for Bluetooth pairing (you would expect the long code when rSAP is being used)

getting desperate now - I would love to get this working!

I can confirm the similar problem on Audi 2012 and HTC ONE.
Only the handsfree profile is established. I was testing on trial version.

I have had some brilliant luck!

Today, I tried the S-OFF hack on my HTC One.

I went up the moonshine route, but you can also try revone.

after doing this, I rebooted, reapplied the install zip files and rebooted again.

installed the rSAP app from Play, and BINGO everything now works!

Looks like there is some additional write protection that wasn't allowing the files to write properly.

All good now though - works like a charm! :-D

The idea with S-OFF is good. I follow this way. Currently Audi recognizes the phone correctly (car-phone and handsfree) but it is any problem during handshake. Audi displays message "Please wait" (about 2 minutes) and after that the message that "SIM or phone is not ready". From phone site everything looks ok. Any idea ?

Can you please mail me a "main" log? Can you check if it works with a different SIM card?

Did you use the latest installer app from Google Play Store? Did you choose the "generic" option?

Or did you use the zip file from here: viewtopic.php?f=58&t=817?

I used installers from Google Play and I used 'HTC special' option becasue with 'Generic' I noticed strange behaviour.
Should I used .zip installers ?
I think will be good to have any simple application to verify correct installation.

If you have a rooted stock ROM you should use the zip files. With a custom ROM the installer app should work. The "HTC Special" version should not be necessary. If it still doesn't work please mail me another "main" log with the generic files.

As soon as I find the time I will extend the installer app with automatic recovery installation and a test function. But it's currently too hot to work

Finally it has started and it is working very well. Phone, Google Maps and WiFi in the car are working correctly.
To be honest I don't know what was a source of problem. I made a few installation/uninstallation but I didn't find any best practice (maybe only "repeat until it starts"). For me it looks like any random interaction between other programs.
