I recently bought an S4 Mini (black edition) and I don't know what seems to the problem with the connection to the car (Novero sw:8502 / hw:015 / part no: 5n0 035 730 B).
Yesterday when I got home, it successfully connected, but today all the way to the work it didn't and most of the time it doesn't (activity done only at the red light sign post).
I didn't install rSAP app because it comes with it out of the box. And the proof for that is the successfully connection that happened yesterday.
So what do you say? What do you recon I should do?

Sometimes it's the phonebok transfer that breaks the Bluetooth connection. You may check if my phonebook app (free trial available) helps.

Dear Friends.

I have been running a mobile Samsung Galaxy S4 mini GT-I9195, linked to a vehicle VW Golf, operating successfully from 2013, with Installation App. rSAP V2.5

A few weeks ago the link between the mobile phone and the vehicle is broken. The vehicle has a screen message "No Mobile Phone Compatible".

Otherwise the mobile phone, on the icon Rrsap V2.5 indicate:
Bluetooth status: Failed probing the license!
State of the SIM: Active rSAP

I will appreciate your help me to solve this problem.

Please make sure your phone, especially the Play Store app has Internet access and you are logged in with the same Google account as when you bought the app. Then stop the rSAP app in Android app settings and restart it. If that doesn't help uninstall the app and reinstall it from Play Store. You don't have to pay a second time.
