Hi Guys,
as promised to let you know - I managed!. You were right, I removed PIN code from the card and Premium did not ask for it, succeeded in connection! :D Now working perfectly.
Anyway i still think that Premium connection (Remote SIM) has some disadvantages: apart from previous that I mentioned before, the other that you do not have the call-logs in the headset when you are out of the car... But you said it is not possible to disable rSAP and use it as Handsfree? It is a bit strange - how does it work in ordinary Bluetooth device? S4 enables Handsfree option by itself?

Samsung simply has no option to disable rSAP. As far as I remember Nokia phones had this option. You can switch between rSAP and Handsfree in the car, but I guess it doesn't save this option.

There is an awkward, but working way to permanently disable rSAP in a Samsung phone: install the system files of my app without the rSAP app itself. But this needs root and you cannot easily switch it on and off...
