As always: run the installer app to install the system files, then the rSAP app - trial or full version. All from Play Store.

Yeah, renamed the sapd-File in /system/bin, runned the installer tool and bought the Full-Version!

Seems that the rsap-App is working (also with phonebook) in my Skoda Octavia!

Thanks for this nice App!

Should the RSAP-DUN-Plugin also work with the Mi2?

Tested the plugin, but the PPP-State showns "error" when trying to connect.
RSAP itsef works perfectly!

With the app "BlueVPN" the modem connection is working, but you have to start the connection manually each time

With Android 4.1.1, which I still have on my MI2, it should work. It seems to have the BlueZ Bluetooth stack.

But still get "Error" on connection. Any advice?

Also found out, that in settings-menu the "DUN Plugin" is only available directly after imstalling the Plugin. Otherwise the Option is not selectable??
Is manual kernel Installation necessary?
Running Miui 4.5.23

It's been so long since I used the plugin myself... Did you alread read viewtopic.php?f=41&t=392? The hardest part to make the plugin work is to create the ppp_async kernel module, if it is not already included in the kernel.

Tried different ppp_async.ko files- > but doesn't make it better. Still "error" in PPP-State.

Now found a "ppp_async.c" , which shiould be from Miui's Source.
https://github.com/MiCode/mi2_kernel/blob/562eeb94300806df79ad0f0be02902e823bb7ae4/drivers/net/ppp/ppp_async.c

But i didn't get it handled to compile it to the requested ko-File. Could you please help?!

Did you read this: http://www.android-rsap.com/index.php?o ... icle&id=88?

You will have to get the whole kernel sources for exactly the version you are currenty running. Then change the build settings to create the module and run the build. After completion you maybe have to patch your kernel module to make it work. Summary: this is only for the brave :geek:

Yes, of course. I read the whole informations, but i didnt't understood anything!
Also looked for other howto's, but i didn't understood as well!

It starts from the beginning: Where should i run "make menuconfig". I have a android-phone, there is no linux command line!

Summary: this is only for the brave :geek:

So i am done! Finished! Thats it! No working app for me :(
