Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G530F problem

Post by arczi123452 » Thu Jul 16, 2015 4:08 pm

Hello,
I have problem with this phone. Before I use Galaxy S III Mini, and Mercedes SAP V4 (or V3 I don't know what exactly this is, have one button) doesn's saw my phone, rSAP solve this problem.

Now I have Grand Prime, and zero information about compatibility or other opinions. Car recognize my phone, I can write 16 digit pin on phone. To this moment everything is ok, car ask about SIM acces (Yes), and after few second on phone flash message "sim acces inactive", and i can't write PIN (to the SIM) in car radio, even don't ask about PIN.

It's something weired, becouse phone have RSAP, and it's don't work, so this aplication will help me? I schould root this phone, but i lost warranty.

You may create a HCI log (see http://www.android-rsap.com/41-support/ ... i-log.html) and mail it to me (admin at ...), so I can check what goes wrong.

This looks strange. The phone says that it supports the SIM access profile, but doesn't answer at to requests (I guess the log was created without my app?). The Samsung page says the Grand Prime should support rSAP.

I don't know if my app can help, because so far I did not see such a behavior on a Samsung phone. If you are willing to root your phone you may test my app with the trial version first.

I have another problem.
I root the phone, and try instal installation app, so it's install from google play, and when i want install system files i click deny, not allow.
Now i can't install this files, still have info "installation failed, mounted file failed", in main rsap application (trial) i have "not connection with sim acces"

I try install in recovery mode, I try clean application settings in application menu - it's not working.

Why do you deny root access? You should allow it.

If you denied root permanently, simply open the Superuser/SuperSU app and remove the entry of the installer app. Then you should get a new question the next time you run the installer app.

Hi,

i do everything, new root, installation, etc. Now phone is connect with car (i check trial version), i write pin (sim pin number), i have phonebook on daschboard but i can't call and anyone can't call to me.
On car radio i have mobile signal, however when i try call, after few seconds it's end, when someone try call me, it is as if the phone was switched off. On phone when connect is message "no sim card". Any ideas?
