Loss of Sim connection (Note 4 SM-910F)

Hi all,
I own a Samsung Note 4 (SM-910F) with Android 6.0.1 which is rooted.
I installed the rSAP App successfully and I also can connect to telephone modul in my car
(Opel Insignia , Navi/DVD 900 with telephone module).
For about 30 seconds I 've a connection to the mobile provider , can call and accept calls.
But after this time the display switches to "No Service" which is also visible in the display of the Note4.
The bluetooth connection to the phone is still up.

Does anybody knows a solution for this problem?

First of all: is rSAP used? Does my app show "connected" or only "ready"?

If yes, please create a "main" log and mail it to admin at ...

For sure rSAP is used and is is also connected.
As mentioned it is possible to do a call and to receive a call.
But only for about 30 secs after the device has found the mobile network.
After this I get "No service" in the display of my car and on the display of my phone.
The devices are still connected .
And if I remember correctly your App says connected.
At least my car does.
I'll write a log and send it to you as soon as possible.

A read request for a SIM file is answered with an error. I have no idea why that happens, a first check suggests that the request is perfectly OK. Can you check with a different SIM card?

Meanwhile I managed to test with a diferent card.
Unfortunately with the same behavior.
I sent the log file and some comments to admin@.....
