The Motorola Moto G 3rd Generation is supported by the rSAP app starting with installer app version 2.5.9. The necessary baseband EFS file can be created with the installer app, there is no need to run QPST on a PC. "Factory Test Mode" must be set, so you have to reboot and restart the installer app several times.
The easiest way I found to root Android 6.0 is found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/2015-mo ... d-t3320113
I didn't have to boot and
flash the TWRP recovery, a boot was enough. It is important to use exactly the linked SuperSU zip file, other versions don't seem to work.
