Hello,
add me to the list. OnePlus 3.
I've switched from Samsung because of the eFuse and other restrictions I don't like.
The problem is (naturally) exactly the same - socket error.
I'd be able to help with logs regarding the Audi MMI 2G and the new MMI with Google earth navigation from 2014.

The native Bluetooth stack of the OP3 seems to be messed up quite a bit, because first connection does only work from phone to MMI and not vice versa. Searching and coupling does in fact time out of I try the usual method.
Additionally the Hands free profile sometimes is loosing the audio connection.
My guess is a q&d patching to the Bluetooth layer because of the dual SIM functionality.

I sure will add a donation again if you're able to get it working.

Thanks and best regards,

No news. The OP3 seems to use a completely different interface for the Qualcomm functions, at least a debug output suggests that.
It looks like OnePlus always uses leading edge technology in their phones :?

Got my OP3 few days ago. Amazing phone, but has some bugs.

Like the thing that BT started by car won't connect to phone. I have to always start it from phone.
Also, when first i paired phone, it asked for SIM sharing, but wasn't able to complete it.

I always forget to test rSAP on a new phone without my app... Indeed, the OP3 does implement the SIM access profile, only it doesn't work. Maybe the OnePlus implementation has the same problem that I have? Or did they simply use the rSAP code from Marshmallow without further thinking?

Even the buildin hands-free profile doesn't work correctly. It switches back to phone audio after 1 or 2 calls, while the connection seems to persist. What a mess.

Hi there,
got my OP3 a few days ago and a "new" used VW yesterday. Seems after unlocking the bootloader and putting cm13 nightly on it, the rSAP doesn't work here too.
Is there any update?

Hello,
I can confirm that the rSAP-profile is in fact factory integrated, after re-testing with my combination I've got more requests on the phone to allow it. Sure, to no avail.
It's a real pity.
