Fix for QMI_ERR_ACCESS_DENIED
Re: Fix for QMI_ERR_ACCESS_DENIED
As far as I know the Z5 compact is a 64 bit phone. So far I could not enable rSAP on a 64 bit phone, but you may try.
Re: Fix for QMI_ERR_ACCESS_DENIED
Do you have updated the translation portion of the translate site?
I see the qualcom....info is not translated in installer app.

Re: Fix for QMI_ERR_ACCESS_DENIED

Xiaomi Mi4-c, Snapdragon 808.
Installed latest version and was able to allow rsap via test mode. But now can't return back to normal mode. How can I disable test mode now?

Re: Fix for QMI_ERR_ACCESS_DENIED
Does the installer app still show "test mode active"?
The SIM test looks strange, but the final test is if it works with the car.

Re: Fix for QMI_ERR_ACCESS_DENIED
Yes, it still shows "test mode active" and phone can't see SIM cards, so I'm not able to make calls now and don't know how to disable test mode.
Re: Fix for QMI_ERR_ACCESS_DENIED
Could you also explain what actions are perfromed if click on "Allow rSap.." button? And how you switch to the test mode, are there any commands I can run to switch back?
Re: Fix for QMI_ERR_ACCESS_DENIED
Are the SIM cards missing after SIM check? I also had this on the ZTE Nubia Z9 mini. A reboot fixed it.
Maybe the rSAP system files are causing problems? Try uninstalling them.
A more detailed description about what the installer app does is here: http://www.android-rsap.com/41-support/ ... ccess.html. The "Test mode" is the NV item 453. You can change it with the Qualcomm QCDM tool.

No, they missed after installer rebooted phone in test mode. Neither reboot nor power off didn't help - still "test mode active"admin wrote:Are the SIM cards missing after SIM check?
Didn't help either.admin wrote:Maybe the rSAP system files are causing problems? Try uninstalling them.
Did you mean QXDM? I've installed it, but don't know, what value do I need to place for ftm_mode? 0x0?admin wrote:The "Test mode" is the NV item 453. You can change it with the Qualcomm QCDM tool.
Also I've noticed that sap_security_restrictions file appeared in EFS Explorer as "File", not "Item File" as you described in instruction.
