Fix for reconnect problem!

Reconnect did work on a Desire HD and a Desire Z! Please test it and give feedback here for Desire HD!

Connecting works perfect, connection is stable, and on exit my phone works again immediately!

I´m using Coredroid 6.1 ROM and my car is VW PASSAT 2008 with BT PREMIUM.
